Because it’s been a little while, and obviously I have a bunch of photos to share. :) But what else is new. My camera roll is ridiculous, you guys. Fellow mamas, can you relate?? SO MANY PHOTOS. And like 30 of the exact same, because, #babiesaretoocute.
Anyway.
This dress? It’s like wearing pajamas. SO comfy, so cute, so I’m-going-to-reach-for-this-like-once-a-week. LOVE.
It’s been a few days since I’ve gotten in a solid, intentional workout. You know the ones I mean: where you dress the part, carve out 30 minutes and get to WORK. Mom life has nottttt allowed much of that this week- but today, today it happened. And it felt good. So clearly, I had to document it with a sweaty selfie. And also, let me just clarify that running around with a toddler and lifting/carrying a 17+ lb baby totally counts as a workout, day in and day out. All you mamas out there, you are amazing!!!
Also, I have a Nike problem. I just want ALL OF THE NIKES. I can’t help it- they are literally like pillows for my feet. And really, that’s investing in my future (no foot problems?) sooooo… yes. It’s preventative holistic medicine, basically. I’m down for that.
Just reading Sophie’s favorite book, before bed. Her little hand holding the page!!!! I can’t handle it. One of my favorite times of day. :)
Sam got some new shoes and it was SO CUTE. Right when I put them on, he just started marching around the living room and would not stop checking them out, with a big grin on his face! I think he likes them. ;)
I will never get tired of those little nursing piggies. Never ever. And that adorable lemon romper. LOVE!
Annnnd we’re still hanging out with a high of 106 today. SO THAT’S FUN. I’ll be implementing some of the awesome suggestions in this post’s comments! Making the most of it!
What are your plans for the day?

I know it sounds obvious, like JUST DO IT, but how do you get yourself motivated to ACTUALLY workout while the babes nap?! All I want to do is nap with them!!!
Katie
Haha! Girl, I am RIGHT THERE WITH YOU. Most days, I just want to nap too!!! But I think I just view their naptime is my ME time, because honestly some days it’s the only time I do get to myself (besides bedtime, and even that is usually too short because SOMEBODY is up/refusing bedtime/etc haha) so yeah. That motivates me, knowing it’s the only time I may get! I turn on some music, force myself to put on a cute workout outfit and just DO it. I have shared more ways I get motivated in different posts:

Hope that helps!! And seriously, some days? Just nap when they do. ;) That’s pretty glorious in and of itself!
