Hey Katie, I’m looking to expand my blog and was wondering if you could or would give me advice on how to do so CHEAPLY. Like preferably free. I love blogging (I’m an English major and basically just love writing/reading period…) and now that I’m a stay-at-home Mom, I’d like to possibly make a little income. I need more views to do that though. I’ve tried being a little more social…commenting in the blog world and whatnot…and pinning some of my posts, but I’m getting nowhere fast.
Any advice you can give? :)

Hey Katie! I decided to start a blog and did some research and came across your blog. It is amazing! Style is so important for self expression. After leaving my job to be a stay at home mom to my son Cullen (only a few months older than your little guy!) I let my style go to the wayside to save money. Boy do I miss it! I’m going to check out thredup for sure :)
Anyway, my blog is starting out to be a little random bc I want to talk about my passions: cookie decorating, going green, baby style, and mommy tips and tricks. Is that too random?? :) I’m definitely going to check out your husband’s website. I actually haven’t even started my blog yet, I’m getting a few entries ready to make sure I have something to post! Hi Juliet! Thank you so much! :) I wear a small in free people- I’ve noticed all of their clothes tend to run a bit on the large side, and are flowy and generous, so I would do a small or even xs for you! Hope that helps!

Hi Cori! I think an introduction post is a great idea. I didn’t do that, but if I were starting a blog today, I probably would. You can use the dropdown menu in my sidebar to see all of my older posts, including my first one!

As a mother of a 1 year old and currently 29 weeks with our baby boy it is a joy for me to watch how you take on life as a stay at mom just as I am. I enjoy watching your work out journey and I am totally going to try the salads in a jar with my family for easy lunch meals! Your simple comfy work out style is so adorable and it s speaks to my soul as I am always looking for ways to be cute and comfortable all the time :). I have been quite down lately and having a 13 month old girl with her tantrum days can really stress me out to the point where I cry. I was wondering if you could do a piece on how you cope with these situations to the point your maxed out and out of options. I would really love to hear your tips.
My 13 month old has been walking everywhere and her routine has been changing ever since. I have no set schedule (I’m trying to figure out and make an updated one). I find myself often not having the motivation to go outside and being a stay at home mom can be tough (Young single mummy here) and trying to figure out my life so I’m at total loss and dying to hear any tips!!

So glad you’ve found the info helpful so far! Unfortunately we don’t have videos or further tutorials yet on the things in the 8-week timeline. Much of that information can be found on reputable blog help sites found in Google though!

I was in the middle of the how to add a header portion, and tried to change the font! I didn’t realize until I finished reading the post that this function is not working anymore.
