Spring really isn’t that far away now. What is it, the official first day of Spring is technically like March 21st or something, isn’t it? Well, to be honest, I’ve been dreaming of Spring for a few months now, but isn’t that always the case. The weather has been gorgeous around these parts lately, the sun is out all day, I’ve worn shorts and been comfortable, even! And that Daylight Savings, as much as it screwed with my head the first few days, is now my BFF and has put me in a much more springy mood simply due to the long days it’s brought with it. You can stay, Daylight Savings. I ain’t mad at ‘chu.

Spring cleaning has been in full effect (also known as nesting- same difference, right?) and I even got a bit of spring shopping in! Mostly to stop my crying at having literally nothing to wear (that will fit over this bump, mind you). I think that’s the best part of the “changing of the seasons,” isn’t it? The totally socially acceptable excuse to partake in retail therapy. Works for me.
Oh, and as part of nesting, obviously a trip (or two or three) to Ikea is necessary. So that happened. As did Ikea lunch, because Ikea food is delicious.

I’m just waiting for the snow to finish melting so I can finally bust out the flip flops again! And frilly dresses without tights or leggings under them!

I have never had food at Ikea (well, minus the froyo). This is a problem- I hear that it is delicious!
Oooh girl, you gotta try it! It’s yummy and so cheap! :) We went with hot dogs for him/ pizza for me yesterday, but the actual food court is really good, too!

talk about spring,reminded me about flowers!! blooming flowers everywhere..
and ikea is one of my favorite place to go on weekend..and their food are just as amazing as ever..i totally in love with their meatballs! yes,i’m drooling now..
