My husband spent his last night as a twenty-something watching The Bachelorette with me. He is a keeper, I know. Don’t worry, there was wine involved. And we switched back and forth between a baseball game and this, so that makes me a good wife, too, right? Okay. Man Quote time!
Zack: They’re on a pirate ship. They’re gonna get attacked by pirates.
Katie: Wait, “hard” means “it wasn’t easy?” Thanks for clarifying, Des.
Zack: I don’t know if you KNOW, but you also SENT JUAN PABLO HOME. (he’s still angry about this.)
Des: “It’s really shaken my confidence in the men I’ve chosen…”
Zack: Well, that’s great. I’m sure they’d love to hear that.
Zack: Madeira… Isn’t that the Tyler Perry movie?… Oh wait. That’s Madea.
Des: “I’m trying to find the spice.”
Zack: The spice left when Juan Pablo walked out the door.
{Des and Brooks walk out to the edge of a very steep cliff}
Zack: I wouldn’t go within 35 feet of that cliff.
Zack: Des always seems like she’s completely drunk and disinterested.
Zack: We get it. You’re on a cloud.
Zack: She hasn’t been sober since the limo day.
Katie: Oh, Des. That hoodie-sweater-dress needs to go.
Zack: Yeah, it’s three things in one.
Katie: This is like Mario Kart, but in real life.
Des: “It’s not about the qualities…”
Zack: It’s about the quantities.
Both of us: … Ummmmm…. Creeper, much? (See above photo)
Zack: She can’t just let them go, she has to drive it in further.
And there you go. I’m a Zak fan all the way, but you know. It might have more to do with the name than anything else. ;)

Hahaha. I really, really love that both of our husbands have so much love for Juan Pablo. Philip is also pretty disappointed that he’s gone now. :( Brooks should win!

Hahah, I don’t watch the show but I can see myself tuning into your weekly man quotes anyway hahaha. This Juan Pablo character must have really touched your hubby. Happy birthday to him! (“Him” meaning your hubby…. not Juan.)

I really feel like I need to watch the eps just so I know everything you guys are talking about. And why so many people like Juan Pablo
Hahaha the love for Juan Pablo is hard to explain. He like never talked (or at least never got any air-time) and he was just always kind of “there” but I mean, he was just cool and for some reason hilarious whenever he was on camera? I don’t know. I guess you just have to see the guy in action haha
