Well, we just got home yesterday evening from our vacation with my parents to the lovely Monterey!!! It was, in a word, heavenly. Such a relaxing time. We ate way too much seafood, drank too much wine, played some board games, watched movies, walked along the wharf at night, swam in the perfectly heated pool, visited the aquarium, touched starfish and rays, I got to put my toes in the sand and walk along the beach. Le sigh. Now I’m trying to adjust back to the real world for a while. Meh.
the worst part about vacations is definitely going home and having to get back to the real world. it sounds like you had a wonderful time though! i’m jealous for sure :p
