I love the way I feel after a great workout! :-)
My workout motivation is my asthma and overall health. I was born with horrible asthma that was triggered by both allergens, weather (think humidity or cold) & of course, exercise. I was the kid that couldn’t complete the mile in school without walking the whole thing and was in the hospital at least once a month – it was embarrassing and only got worse when I tried out for sports (and didn’t make the team!). So, I had had enough and started small, building up distance and strength in my lungs over the years and now I run half marathons! I like to keep moving so I don’t have to ever feel that way again! :)
I love the cute clothes, but also the feeling of accomplishment after a tough workout!
Mine would be to keep the stress away! Nothing makes me happier than a good workout!
my motivator is definitely feeling accomplished! I love crossing a workout off my to-do list. And I guess knowing that it’s good for me… and being able to eat cookies :)
My biggest motivator to work out is most definitely that feeling of accomplishment when I’m done. Especially when I’m trying something new, such as running a new distance, trying a new sport or reaching a goal. I LOVE that feeling!
Just the feeling of being healthy and keeping my weight down.
Runners high! I love running but I also love snacking so I feel like they cancel each other out! Haha
To stay healthy for my sweet baby boy!!

Definitely cute clothes, and feeling great afterwards!
My biggest motivators are being healthy and feeling good about myself!
My favorite motivator? The energy I get from it right after. And the post work-out meal obviously :)
My motivations have changed over the years as various goals in my life have changed but my current motivator for staying healthy is the little one I’m growing :) Having a healthy pregnancy and providing a safe and healthy place for my baby to grow gets me out the door.
Not even trying to butter you up but watching you get your figure back post baby was a major motivator for me when my son was born and now just knowing I’ll be healthy and fit makes me feel better and happier to be the best I can be for my family. Thanks!
Comfy running shoes and that glass of red wine by the fire place with my hubby :)
My motivation would have to be the cute workout clothes & the end results!
My motivation is getting back into shape after having my baby girl! It’s not about the weight, it’s about the feeling of being healthy and exercising!
Not only is it hard to motivate myself to workout, its hard to motivate myself to RUN! Running is the worst for me but i always find a way to push myself. What keeps me going in the middle of a run is knowing how i am proving to myself how strong if a woman i am. Even though its just running, i feel if my mind is strong enough to keep me going for that, i am strong enough to do anything. And i love lorna jane. I use the app while running as well
being able to have some time to myself before my littles wake up is my motivator! I know I’ll be a happier mommy if I get my run in!

having a super hot body like Katrina and Karena is my motivator for working out.
I could be using some new work out clothes to since i’ve been soooo good recently and as a result my clothes are too big.
Hope you have a lovely first Christmas with your beautiful little boy. It’s gotta be so exciting that Santa gets to come to your house again.
Yay! Awesome giveaway. My main motivator right now to work out is the fact that I’m pregnant! I want to deliver a healthy baby and easily bounce back post-partum.
I love the feeling of accomplishment after a good workout. You know, I wanted to do it and I did feeling? Simple but worth it every time.
My motivator for working out would definetly have to be the freedom to have that extra glass of wine & feeling good in whatever I wear. (:
Feeling comfortable in my clothes and having the energy to chase around my two little munchkins.
Happy endorphins! I always feel so refreshed after a good work out. The cute clothes help too ;)
I LOVE exercising and crave it daily! Good thing I became a fitness instructor :-)
The endorphins, for sure!! Cute clothes are a bonus :)
combination of endorphins and food. Lol I come home way less stressed when I get a good workout in and no I can enjoy some extra carbs :)
I just love the accomplished feeling! Working out also helps me continue healthy habits throught the day! :)
A cute new pair of sneakers! :)
Love you Katie, you’re just the sweetest! And the high afterward { from yoga, lifting, or running }, nothing beats that! Also, others. I want to be an example to others { especially since I will be starting my Personal Training Certification soon }. I want to share the love of working out with others in hopes of helping them have fun and learning to love themselves for everything they accomplish.

I’m most motivated by knowing that my dog really needs that walk/run! If we skip it — he gets that wild look in his eye that I know means trouble later…
Definitely looking at fitspiration!
My favorite motivator to work out is that it keeps me healthy. Working out keeps you physically strong and energized. Along with the physical benefits working out aids in mental health. While I work out the Endorphins keep me in a good mood, I can organize my thoughts, and working out helps me to create and reach goals. Creating and reaching goals is a very important aspect of mental health, without goals, or ever reaching goals, I would not be as motivated to do anything in other aspects of my life. Staying healthy physically and mentally is my favorite motivator to work out! :)
I pinned it to Pinterest!

After a day spent in “work clothes” the thought of slipping into my favorite gym gear is a major motivator all on its own! I maay or may not continue to wear them well past said sweat sesh…they just make me happy! Or, maybe that IS the endorphins? Anyway, it’s a Win-Win! Xox
Cute workout clothes and my gym buddies are definitely my motivators to work out regularly. Thanks for the amazing giveaway!
