Sleep. I miss it. Time and time again, one of the main pieces of advice I would hear whilst pregnant was to get as much sleep as you can! And I would just smile and nod, uh huh, uh huh, okay, great, thanks for the advice! Fast forward 11 months. I get it. I do. It’s annoying but it’s true. Sleep is a thing of the past, and all of those people? They were right. Go figure! Here’s the only proven fact about babies (besides that they are adorable): they are unpredictable. But, hey, they’re only human, right? ;) Seriously though, you never know what you’re going to get. One night, sure, he sleeps through and we all throw a mini-party and rejoice. But then the next night he wakes up a couple of times. It happens. Often. And honestly, even the nights he does sleep through, we still don’t because we’re up at least once wondering why he hasn’t woken up. It’s a vicious cycle.

With all that being said, sleep is clearly never guaranteed in this house. This is why we run on two things: coffee (so much coffee!) and sleep cream. Which is where the new Ultra-Lift® Miracle Sleeping Cream™ Anti-Age + Anti-Fatigue Night Cream by Garnier comes in. I recently tried it out for the first time, since I am a connoisseur of night cream, and I am a fan! It is deeply moisturizing and when I wake up (even from a night of very little sleep), my skin feels smooth, soft, tight and it looks good! Like I actually got some sleep! All good things! All things that aid in not appearing as though I’m running on little sleep, even if I am most days. So! Yay! Also, it smells nice. Always an added bonus.
And there is an eye cream that goes with it, too, that I might have to pick up, because at $16.99 this is much cheaper than many other brands I’ve tried, and it works just as well! I’m all about that. So, sleep may always be unpredictable, but at least there are ways to fake it. It’s the next best thing. Can I get an “amen”?
xo
Oh man! I hope he starts sleeping through the night soon! I was one of those opposite women! I was thinking….sleep now?! How I am uncomfortable and she is having a dance party in my belly! I never slept while pregnant! Now I am lucky that she is paying me back! This kid thankfully loves her sleep!
Yes I would love to try these products! As a grad school student about to graduate, sleep is rare! But the end is near! Also any time that I do have is spent finalizing my wedding!
It’s high time I try out a sleep cream! My son actually sleeps pretty well (even as a newborn, he did) and wakes just once a night usually, but it’s still exhausting! I used to be one of those “I can’t function without 8-9 hours” people, but now I rejoice after a solid 6. Breastfeeding makes me even more exhausted. Oh, well…this, too, shall pass, right? I’m just trying to enjoy him at this stage because it’s already flying by.
I hear ya! My 3 month old was up till 1:00 last night. How does she nap every couple of hours all day and then stay awake partying from 7:00 to 1:00? I have no clue. But it’s almost 10:00 and she’s still fast asleep so whatever, I’ll enjoy a peaceful morning while I’ve got it!
sleep?! what’s that?! haha! i do not know this word!!
This would be great since I have to wake up oh-so-early for work!
I’ve been considering the Garnier eye cream but now I’m interested in this new product. I find Garnier products to be affordable and reliable.
My lack of sleep is definitely taking a toll on my skin and I love learning about new products! I definitely need to try this. Especially since I love their bb cream I saw you use in your makeup tutorial!!
Yes, I would love to try it. I have a 2 year old so I’m in bad need of more sleep
This definitely speaks to me! I have an 18 month old and she is still unpredictable at night. Between her all over the place schedule and getting up early to work my full time job, I’m always wishing I got more sleep, or at least looking like I got a full night of sleep. I try all kinds of creams but so far nothing has stood out, but I will for sure be trying this one!

Hi Katie,
I was looking forwarding to reading your review! I currently use Neutrogena or Nivia. I use Garnier for hair care and will definitely give their skin cream a try. No babies yet for me, but I’m in my 30’s and starting to see those lines getting deeper. Yikes!
Thanks for the input!

I have a 4 yr old and a 10 month old and they like to take turns waking each other up at night. It’s super fun, especially when the hubs is out of town. (Being super sarcastic in case you couldn’t tell.) I will have to try this cream. Looks good.
Yes, I would love to try this
