Song: “Brave” by Sara Bareilles. It’s so my jam right now, you guys. It’s fun, makes me want to dance, makes me feel fearless, the message is so positive and awesome, and yeah. I just really like it, can you tell?
Happiness: I literally was brought to tears a few times in the past few weeks from the sweetness of people. I got a few incredibly kind and uplifting emails from readers (hi!) that were literally answers to prayers! I was feeling really low and insecure for whatever reasons, and I was sent some things that just were exactly what I needed to read. So. Thank you for that! And thank you all of you that read my little blog! It’s nice to feel loved.
Clothing: My new running shoes! :) They’re Nike Flex from Kohl’s and I am in looooove (thanks Dad!) They are super lightweight and so comfortable, and yeah, it helps that they’re cute too. The most important part, right?
Snack: Larabar. OMG where have I been and why have I not had these before?! We picked up a few at the store and I am hoooooked. The ingredients? Dates, peanuts, sea salt. That’s it. No gluten, no dairy, no GMO, no soy. Heck to the yes. I only wish I’d known these were so delicious earlier, but I’m pretty much done with any other kind of bar now. This is the motherload.
Workout: Running! Zack and I have finally started running “regularly,” meaning we do it pretty much every other day this past week, and it’s pretty awesome. I’m so excited to start slowwwlyyyy upping the mileage! I know, baby steps, so I’m being patient and taking it all in stride! (ha ha haaaa, see what I did there?)
