It’s no secret that I’m a huge fan of babywearing. I’ve worn Sam from when he was teeny tiny, and some days it was the only thing that would make him happy/ sleep/ not fuss! Plus, babywearing ensures that you are always close to your sweet little one. That’s probably my very favorite part. I like to have easy access to unlimited kisses. ;)
I always recommend a baby carrier to my pregnant friends, and I’d have to say it’s one of my top essentials for a baby! I have a few favorites, but I recently tried out a new one that I’m loving: SlingThings. It’s unique in that it slips on- no complicated tying and wrapping necessary. You literally slip it on like a shirt. SO easy. So simple. And it’s comfortable! I’m happy to also report that it is baby-approved. ;) I’m so happy that Sam isn’t too old to be worn still (and isn’t too heavy either!), and I definitely plan on wearing the new baby alllll over the place. Pretty excited for that. :)
I’m excited to have teamed up with SlingThings to give one away to one of you, my lovely readers! I think you’ll love it as much as I do! :) Just leave a comment telling me your favorite part of babywearing.

I loved wearing my little girl when she was tiny in order to get housework done and her daddy likes putting her in the carrier when we’re shopping! I’m sure I’ll end up doing the same thing with my son when he’s a little bigger! :)

I’m 31 weeks with my first little and am so excited to be able to keep her close! All my friends love baby slings and carriers and I feel like it will help me and my sweet babe stay close as well as help her get to be close with her papa! Would love to win this!

My oldest didn’t like the carrier but with my new little one it was a must so I’d have hands free to help the older one. Plus, I love having her close, especially when she falls asleep curled up there.

Baby wearing is nice for constant closeness but also great to free the hands to take care of older kids and get things done. Can’t wait til my new baby comes…I’ll wear him all the time.

I haven’t started baby wearing yet, but plan to when our little one arrives December 2015! Thanks for the giveaway!

Not a mama yet, but I believe this will be one of my most favorite things to do when I do become one. I LOVE the idea of wearing my one day baby and of my baby always being so close, nice and safe and warm.

We have a 3 year old and a newborn. I love baby wearing because it allows me to keep my baby close, but my hands free to take care of my older daughter.

I love baby wearing! Having my 8 month old close is the best, and I know he feels safe and secure being worn when we are out in public. It’s the best for grocery shopping too.

The closeness promoting bonding nothing better than snuggling

My favorite part is being able to still be productive while still being able to hold a cranky baby.

We JUST started “trying” for our first, so I haven’t experienced babywearing for myself, but I HAVE experienced struggling with my friends’ unwieldy strollers! I can’t imagine pushing those through the tiny shops in my town, so I am going to be all about the babywearing from the start! (Not to mention all of the things I can accomplish around the house while not having to feel guilty about leaving baby in a crib or rocker!)

I know I’m too late for the giveaway, but I just love your blog! And I also love baby wearing. I’ve never heard of Sling Things, but it looks like a really cool carrier! I have an ergobaby original right now with my 7 month old and it’s been a life saver. Check out my blog if you like! http://www.aprilshappyplace.com
