Look at me, wearing a sweater in July! A few things. The high for today was 80 degrees. 80 degrees! There was a lovely breeze all day (oh, that delta breeze, I just want to hug it) and so, I wore a sweater in July. Also, it’s a light sweater! Sometimes July warrants light sweater wearing, you see. And also, it’s neon pink, which is a Summer colour. That is what I have to say for myself as far as my whole sweater-in-July thing goes. Yes.

This made me giggle a little! Out highs this week are like 81 and everyone is going on about a heat wave. My friends landed in Cardiff from Raleigh yesterday and are walking around in sweaters whilst the rest of us are boiling hot and wearing as minimal clothing that is decent!! I love the sweater and lace shorts, so cute xx
Oh goodness, I need to move to the UK already. A “heat wave” in the 80s?! That is a dream to me! haha ;)

I love it, and am super jealous. I’ve been dying to wear a sweater all summer, as I got the perfect summer sweater from Anthropologie last year. With our desert highs being 117* though, it hasn’t happened. Maybe early autumn, I’m thinking ;)
Ugh that sounds miserably hot!! I think it’s safe to say you will definitely have to wait a bit to wear your sweater!! ;) Don’t worry though, we’re getting 100s by this weekend, too, so I’ll have to put my sweater away til autumn too haha

I love sweaters! This weekend it was so breezy and perfect. Especially when we were in Illinois. It felt amazing. I kind of love this feels like fall weather. Some of my favorite clothes are fall/winter things so I am looking forward to wearing them soon. But not quite yet. I still need a chance to wear my new bathing suits haha
