Katie: I’m calling it! Zak’s sister is the next Bachelorette. (But seriously, how cute was she?! She totally should be.)
Chris’ dad: “Did you guys have wine?”
Des: “Ohhhh yeah.”
Zack: You had to to get through this.
Zack, on Chris’ dad doing the nose realignment thing: I don’t know. That was weird.
Chris: “If there’s one person I’m concerned about, it’s my mom.”
Zack: I don’t know Chris, if there’s one thing I’m concerned about, it’s that nose thing.
Brooks, to Des: “Where have you been all my life?!”
Zack: Meeting a bunch of dudes’ families.
Chris Harrison: “Welcome to the Beverly Hilton hotel.”
Zack: Shout out!

Katie: Creeper.
Zack: I’m over it. I’m done. I wish nothing but bad things for Des for the rest of her love life.

Katie: Well, Zak needs to be the new Bachelor.
Zack (turning from sad to excited): What?! YES. This episode just took a turn for the better.
Zak: “I’m still trying to figure out what the hell just happened.”
Zack: What happened is you became the next Bachelor.
Zak: “She made it seem possible to fall in love again.”
Zack: Oh, it’s possible. On the next season of the Bachelor.
Sooo… we were both pretty bummed and shocked as to who she sent home. I mean, he had the best family, he’s awesome, and funny and goofy and etc. And he has the best name. But then it clicked in our heads that he should totally be the next Bachelor, and we stopped being sad about it. So. Hear that ABC? Zak’s your new man.

Who’s your pick now? For some reason she is loooooving Brooks, but I don’t know. I think he’s kind of an odd duck. Plus, he doesn’t seem that into her. Meh. Apparently she’s into that sort of thing.

I did not expect Zak to go home! I definitely thought it was going to be Chris, with his hometown date being completely awkward. I have no idea what was going on in Des’ head!

Love these posts. I totally agree about Brooks, he doesn’t seem nearly as in love as she is. Only a few more weeks. I’m having such a hard time avoiding the spoilers online!
Yes, exactly! Brooks is so disinterested! It’s lame. Girl, I have been thisclose to reading spoilers, but I’m trying my hardest to stay far away from them!

Would it be strange to have siblings be the Bachelor and Bachelorette? Because I totally said the same thing about his sister!

I think it would be GENIUS to have siblings! OMG just think of the advertising/marketing they could do with the whole sibling angle. I love it. ABC needs to get on it.

This was hilarious! I definitely thought Zak was going home but I desperately wanted it to be Chris. His hometown was so painful to watch. Never thought about him being the bachelor though- I would love that, he is soo sweet! I teared up at the end- it always breaks my heart when the good ones are sent home.
Chris’ hometown was sooooo awful! Like, super super weird and awkward the whole time. And I agree! I love Zak!!
