Friday Randoms

I don’t feel like speaking in paragraphs today. So, here’s some numbered points:

1. I think I am obsessed with painting my nails. I just can’t stand when they chip! It makes me feel dirty and especially now that I have a pretty ring to show off, it just doesn’t look as good when my nails look like they did when I was 16 years old (read: disasterous.) Therefore, I paint my nails AT LEAST 3 times a week. Probably more.

2. It’s been raining like a mother the past few days, and crazy scary wind and tornado warnings (!!!) around us (okay, more like 50 miles north of us, but STILL—I couldn’t help but go into Wizard of Oz mode and freak out that my house would be sucked up into a funnel cloud, with cows spiraling around me and find myself in the land of the munchkins, etc, etc.) but today? Today the sun is out and (at least at the moment) it is NOT raining! Hallelujah!

3. I bought some stuff off of Amazon yesterday. Meet, my blingin’ gangsta phone cover:
I already know Zack is going to make so much fun of me and my gangsta-ness. Standard.

4. I am officially mailing our invitations tomorrow!! It’s pretty surreal knowing that in TWO MONTHS I will be a married woman! Eek!

5. I have a shopping date with my bestie {see exhibit A} this Sunday. She needs new work clothes, and I just need new clothes. I have lots of important activities coming up; New dresses are definitely in order.
