Haaaappy Friday, my loves! Some favorites from the week…
one || Our date night to the Kings game was a definitely highlight from the week!! Love my man so much! And I wrote this on Instagram, but gotta share here because I love him so:
He makes me laugh, he loves me well, he is selfless, he is kind, he always makes sure my gas tank is full, he brings me my favorite Starbucks without asking, he makes dinner 9/10 times (what can I say, the man has a gift that I was not blessed with!), he plays with our babies- really plays, on the floor, silly and fun- he is the calm to my crazy, and he’s just kind of my favorite person. He is MY person. I’m so lucky to have found him!!! Okay, okay, I’m done.
two || My first week of Body Back (the new fitness program I’m doing, you can read about it here!) is ovah, and I am HOOKED! It’s just two days a week that we meet for a HIIT (high intensity interval training) workout (my favorite kind!), and it also has a nutrition guide (eat clean!) that goes along with it. It’s just like Tone It Up, which everyone knows is my favorite, so it hasn’t been a big change, but my goal is to really focus on the nutrition part. To really clean up my game even more, because I have the tendency to eat lots of sweets… So I’m working on that ha. So far, so good, though! You know what they say, nutrition is the majority of seeing results and toning up. You can run til the cows come home, but if you eat like junk? You’re screwed. I wish it were the other way around, but…. C’est la vie. ;)
three || Along those same lines, here’s a mini grocery haul! That coconutmilk yogurt is some of my favorite (I also LOVE almondmilk yogurt!), and we found salt and vinegar flavored almonds in the bulk section, that are SO good and satisfy that potato chip craving! This was all from Sprouts, btw.
four || MY BABIES! They make me so hapy. We have a few family photoshoots coming up and I am SO excited! They’re going to be different from a normal photoshoot, and I have a feeling I’ll be cherishing them forever. Stay tuned…!
five || And I like to end my Fridays with a sleeping picture, so here ya go! A rare one of my Sam Sam, because he fell asleep on the couch yesterday while resisting quiet time, and looked like a sweet angel baby, and yes I stared at him for a good 10 minutes. HELLO, CHEEKS. Please don’t ever leave!
