Hey guys! I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving spent with those you love and that you got some pie. Because, pie is like the best part of Thanksgiving, you know? Also, I hope you watched the dog show yesterday. Not to brag or anything, but I totally picked the bloodhound to win from the beginning. I so should have placed some bets in Vegas or something. Just sayin. Anyway. I’m going to keep today’s post short and sweet, with some things I’m currently doing, on this post-Thanksgiving day…
SHOPPING BLACK FRIDAY SALES. Online, of course. In my jammies. With a fire in the fireplace, a hot cup of tea in my hand, Christmas music blasting and a baby in my lap. See all my favorite deals and online coupon codes that I rounded up HERE!
BUGGING ZACK TO LET US GET OUR CHRISTMAS TREE ALREADY. Because, it is the day after Thanksgiving. That means all Christmas, all the time, guns blazing, all systems go, full speed ahead, etc etc.
WRITING MY WINTER BUCKET LIST. Which basically involves all cheesy Christmasy things that you can think of. Having a baby is finally making all of the totally cheesy things I always want to do anyway seem just a little more validated. Ha! ;)
And that’s all I got for today. As you can see, there seems to be a bit of a theme there… ;)
I also just wanted to say, while we’re in the Thanksgivingy mood and all, that I am so very thankful for each and every one of you that come and read my blog every day. It makes me the happiest and I don’t know how I got to have the coolest, sweetest people in the world reading my blog, but I’m just really thankful for you. You’re the best. And I love you all!
And now I can finally say it: Happy Christmastime!
What are you doing currently?

Get a tree, Get a tree, Get a tree! Ugh and I’m trying so hard to resist online shopping, but if I see a good deal I have a feeling it will be a little hard to resist!
Katie
Ha! I’m strictly doing online shopping this year, so I’ve been embracing it… probably a little more than I should!! ;) And yesssss I’m thinking a tree will be gotten VERY soon!

Currently, I am forcing myself to stay awake at least until midnight! Me and my husband are driving to Philly and he’s taking the first three hours, so I’m trying to sleep those hours so I can finish off the drive.
Katie
I hope you had a fun time in Philly!!! :)

I’m glad you had a wonderful holiday! I really loved that bloodhound, but I loved even more that his name is Nathan. How amazing are human names on dogs? Cracks me up every single time. Also, the judge was smiling from ear to ear when he saw the bloodhound.
Katie
YES, it was so funny! The bloodhound was named Nathan, another dog was named Zack, another one had another human name. It was hilarious. Like, if you weren’t actually watching you’d probably think they were just talking about people!
