I really just wanted to say what a sweet picture that is of your boy. I swear he can’t get cuter and then he does.
But for someone who has been around as long as I have, I have some serious memories. My favorite would probably be meeting my husband. One look and I knew. Four days later, we were engaged. A year later married. That was 28 years ago. Good stuff.

My favorite memory this past year was when we threw my Grandma a “pretend” Birthday party in April. Her birthday is in sept but she was declining in health due to Lung, bone and brain cancer. She thought her Birthday was coming so we made it come early. She passed away a month later. I love and miss her greatly. Will never forget her face that day..
My favorite memory of this past year was telling my husband that he was going to be a daddy. Second favorite…telling my parents.
I think mine was all the memories made with family and friends. My husband and I live in Arizona and all our family and close friends live in Wisconsin so seeing them now is much more treasured.
I got married this year – no other memory can compete!

Backpacking into the grand canyon with my boyfriend who then proposed at the base of a waterfall. Plus we got married this year!

Man, even when you think you’ve had a rough year, it’s tough to choose one favorite memory! Mine would have to be hearing that my mom is cancer-free and ready for her colostomy reversal surgery!
