So, Tahoe was amazing, of course. The drive up was gorgeous, watching the scenery gradually become white with snow. I loved it. My grandpa always called this place God’s country, and I get it, I really really do. I felt it this time, too. The beauty is insurmountable. It was a great vacation, filled with lots of ping pong (we are the reigning champions) ((“all of my heroes are ping pong players” -Dwight Shrute)), a game of racquetball (for the record: I hate racquetball. I do not like balls flying at my nose- name that movie quote- and it makes me way too nervous the entire time, plus it just makes me want to play actual tennis instead), pool (which I am terrible at, f.y.i.), game nights, lounging in the room, eating delicious food, gambling (and winning $65 on penny slots!!) and spending quality time with my darling parents-in-law. Yep, it was a good one. Until next time, Tahoe!
