And just like, Christmas has come and gone. We actually still have a celebration today, with my dad, brothers and sister-in-law, and then a family game day tomorrow (a tradition where we all get together and eat all the leftovers and play games all day- super chill and so much fun!), but the bulk of the festivities are done with! And wow, what a season this has been! I feel like it’s just been GO-GO-GO, but I didn’t mind one bit, because it was all just so much fun! A few photos from our Christmas parties over the past few days…
CHRISTMAS EVE EVE:
Dinner with my dad’s side followed by an annual friend’s Christmas party! I brought my outfit from day to night by changing the jeans to this super cute crushed velvet skirt (one of my favorite holiday looks, by far!). Zack’s lovely parents came over to babysit that night so we could go to the party. God bless ’em.
CHRISTMAS EVE:
We always go to my aunt’s house (my mom’s sister) on Christmas Eve. So much fun being with cousins! Sophie got a pediatric nurse set (that is what my aunt is) and OMG she was so cute with her stethoscope all night. And my brother Jeremy is in town, so Sophie had a great time bonding with him. :)
CHRISTMAS DAY:
Christmas morning was slow and spent at home just us four (you can see those pictures HERE) and then we headed to my in laws’ for dinner. Sophie was the entertainment, as usual. ;)
That face!! We were all cracking up! She’s a character.
And now it’s time for a fun weekend, and OH YEAH, a NEW YEAR is literally two days away!!! Can you believe it?! I’ll be back on Sunday for a look back on 2017 for our little family… In the meantime,
HAPPY NEW YEAR, friends!!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for following along this year! It means more than I can say! Now go have some (safe) fun, celebrate with loved ones, and remember to soak in every moment.
Love you all!

How cute! My daughter got a toy doctor kit as well, and I think I’ve had about 1,037 “check-ups” since then! LOL
