Happy Monday, friends! See what I did there? I made a Monday happy, just by saying that. You didn’t think it was possible, did you? See, that’s just the thing, though. Some things may seem impossible, some things may seem heart wrenchingly hard and sad and hopeless, but I’m here to say that nothing, absolutely NOTHING in life is this way. Okay? Life can seem bleak and sad and miserable and unfair, and well, maybe that’s all true, but we don’t have to see it that way, right? Life is what you make it, and your attitude is the same. So, yes, today is Monday, and yes my February has started off much like my January (read: all kinds of not so great), but you know what? Life is beautiful and it’s here for the taking and it’s ours to make it as we choose, and today? This Monday? I choose happiness. I choose hope. I choose looking at this big beautiful world and giving it the greatest damn bear hug I can. I choose to find the beauty in everything I see. So, happy Monday! And I mean it!
