So here we are, another Tuesday, and another fall fashion look! I started my Fall Fashion Series, which will run every Tuesday in autumn, as a means of assessing my wardrobe and making sure I’m really wearing all of it! I explained in more detail in Day One, in case you missed it. Today, I’m dressed for comfort and warmth. We are currently in Tahoe, vacationing with the in-laws, and having a grand old time. I absolutely love it up here. The air smells so good, a mix of pine and freshness that you just don’t get in the city. But it is COLD, and that calls for warm leggings (seriously, these are the warmest, thickest, nicest leggings I’ve found yet) and a nice big chunky knit sweater to keep me toasty. And you can’t forget the adorbs little beanie to keep your head warm! Of course, mine has to have a bow on it. I’m a sucker for bows, as we all should know by now. Growing up, my family had a cabin in the woods (that’s a horror movie, isn’t it? Yikes…) and so Tahoe has always held a special place in my heart. It’s the perfect getaway, and staying in a lodge/ resort setting is absolutely ideal, especially for a person like me, a person who does NOT do camping. My mom puts it perfectly: “My idea of camping is when they don’t put a mint on the pillow.” Exactly.
