So yay! I got my delia*s package in the mail today, and inside were the most perfect pair of brown pants!! I have always wanted brown pants (not cords, not khakis, brown PANTS) but have never been able to find a suitable pair anywhere that fit and look good, but then I saw that delia*s had them, in their perfect low-rise, super-skinny, different inseam awesomeness, and of course I had to order them! They fit like a dream. I did have to get the super long inseam, though, because that’s all they had left in my size, but it’s kind of nice to have pants be *too long* for once, you know? I just rolled ’em up on each leg, and voila! Perfection!
But I do have a dilemma now that I own a pair of Brown Pants: WHAT goes with brown pants?! Whatever do I wear with them? Black doesn’t quite look right, and red looks a little too matchy-matchy trying-too-hard-to-look-like-a-tree-hugger. All I can think of is white, and how boring is that. So please please if you’re reading this, reply with some help for me! What can I wear with my lovely new brown pants?!
(I know– life is so hard.)
First of all brown is one of my favorite colors, so I’m in love with these pants! Secondly, light blue is one of my favorite colors to pair it with. Aqua’s are nice as well, as is light pink. Try some of those out!!
