my mother in law’s birthday was on saturday and we celebrated with dinner at paragary’s followed by dessert and presents back at their house.  it was just zack, his parents, his brother and i, and i must say, it makes me all warm and fuzzy inside how much i love that family.  and how much i love that it’s my family, too, now.  and i’m seriously one lucky girl to have two amazing families.  feeling blessed, people, feeling very very blessed over here.  now, as you can see from my outfit choice, the weather has still been quite warm (90’s!) so the boots remain tucked in my closet, waiting and tapping their little toes impatiently.  i don’t care, i’m still planning on embracing fall and all of it’s fall-ness, whether or not the weather wants to join me.  we’re heading to apple hill this week, i got some more pumpkin decorations that are currently adorning our mantle and dining room table, and i just ate way too much candy corn, but we won’t talk about that.

he looked too good not to do a little outfit post himself. ;)  p.s. my parents kind of took us on a little kohls shopping spree, in case that wasn’t obvious.  i swear, not every single thing he owns is from kohls.  ha.

      it really is the BEST feeling! and yes, i know, i really need to put the brakes on the candy corn. but, zack keeps getting it for free! i mean, i really can’t just deny that, you know? that would just be wrong.
