Apple Hill. My quintessential fall activity. It was even number 1 on my fall to do list. We went this week, and oh, it was everything I’d imagined and then some. The weather was perfect, if not just a taaaaad hotter than we’d like, but hey, we’ll take what we can get. We had a picnic at the same spot my family has been having picnics since I can remember, the boys played catch with the football, we picked out apples, ate hot apple turnovers, got jumbo sized samples of cider (even if we maybe weren’t exactly supposed to… haha), sat by the lake, walked around the craft fair for a bit, and brought home a dozen apple donuts. Yummm. Yes, this was a good ‘un, I tell you. Apple Hill, you have my autumnal heart.
And today I’m thankful for… perfect fall days.

Silly question…is Forever 21 a physical store in the US or is it online only? I always see cute stuff from there in the blogging world, and as I am going to be in the USA VERY VERY SOON I am going to have to try all these places I keep hearing about! :)
Forever 21 is both a physical store and it’s online!! They are literally EVERYWHERE here. Mostly in malls, but there are a few stand-alone stores too. I promise you will have NO problem finding one near wherever you stay! :) How excitingggg!

I do! I want to go back, but we may be driving to LA, San Diego, and Death Valley this weekend, the hubbs got a week off!
yay…i luv apple hill and i used to go really often when i was growing up before i moved to Oregon. this made me smile! i haven’t been in years, do they still have that little train that the kids ride? if so i’d prolly cram my way too old body into that thing just for nostalgia’s sake! lol. and that’s a super cute sweater. :)
