This morning we decided to get up and head out to the Farmer’s Market. First, I had my in-bed bible study. My quiet “me time” with my devotional, bible, pen and notebook is one of my favourite times of day. It was very much needed this morning! And then off to the market under the freeway we went!

Oh I love Farmers Markets! I haven’t found any great ones in Phoenix yet. I am from Wisconsin and went to school in Madison, and oh my goodness, they had the best farmers market ever! It was huge and there were so many wonderful things. I miss it dearly.

Ya’ll have a legit farmer’s market! Our in Vegas are kind of blah, but then again, not much is actually locally grown (most of ours comes from California, which doesn’t make it much of a local farmer’s market. more like a neighbor-state market.) Cute outfit, too! I love those j crew sweaters :)
We have SO MANY farmers markets, it’s pretty great! :) Lots of California farmers with amazing produce! And, hey, Vegas isn’t toooo far away! I like that- “neighbor-state market” hehe :)

I went to the Farmers Market near my place earlier in the year since it’s just too hot now to be out and about after the sun goes up.
Aww yeah, I definitely can sympathize there! It can get pretty hot here, too, but surprisingly it was overcast and really nice today! Perfect farmers market weather :)

We drove past the Farmer’s Market on J street this weekend and I made a mental note to bike to the next one. Srsly the stuff is so much cheaper (and better for you).

Yep, yep! I recently moved out of midtown and to Tahoe Park though. We should totally meet up for a drink or something soon!

I can walk there from my house so its a convenient market with tons of selections. Did you see the big green winery tent there? I highly recommend their wines.

I love Farmer’s markets. 1 just started not too far from us a week ago. Another 1 is every Sunday, but we never seem to make it there. Some Sunday we will.
