I’m feeling a little under the weather. I’m just a tad curious how this happens to one in JULY. ?!?! Really?? Ugh.
On a brighter note, I’ve begun to get back into the swing of my workouts, which I so poorly neglected during the honeymoon. (My mom, and my hubster, both made me promise I wouldn’t be on any sort of “diet” for the h-moon, and boyyyy did I ever take them up on that!!) So I’m back to working out with Tony (almoooost) 7 days a week! Yay! Only, this whole not-feeling-too-gravy thing isn’t really helping out with that.
p.s. To clarify, the Tony I’m speaking about is my beloved workout buddy from the P90X program. :) It’s intense, and he’s hilarious, and the workout is the best I’ve ever done, and I am completely hooked. Try it. I dare you. ;)

But I’m really not intense at all!!! I just kind of tried it, stuck with it, suffered through the first week of feeling like my body was broken (ok, ok, I exaggerate) and then… It just got easier! :) Zumba is way fun, though! Love!

Girl you are intense! I don’t think I would last 1 day on the P90x workout! Zumba is more my style:)

i agree its july and eeerrrm i some times feel low but reading your post makes me feel better about my recent choice in starting swimming at least 3-4 times a week!
