Oxfords and a Rainy Day Sweater

The sun has been shining a lot lately, and there's really something about that mister sun in the sky, warming my skin, that just makes me know that everything is going to be okay.  It's warmth and peace and comfort, and I'm sorry to say that I kind of rely on it sometimes.  And, hey, guess what, I checked the forecast, and it's supposed to rain tomorrow.  So.  Take that how you will.  I think I've captured enough of the sunshine to see me through the rain.  Because you know what they say: the sun will shine again.  Right?  Do they say that?  If they don't, they should.  It's cute, ain't it?  Plus, my sweater has rain drops on it, so maybe I kind of knew it was coming anyway.  The rain, I mean.  Good thing I've got a trusty umbrella to protect me.

    I find it so funny hearing people call them Oxfords, because in Ireland we call them 'brogues'. It's sort of a anglicized spelling of the Gaelic word for shoe. :)
